Service Standard

Each of hotel automobiles that we provide was produced no more than 3 years ago.

If you order the hotel auto service in Beijing with an hour ahead of the schedule, we guarantee that the auto will be ready for you with at least 10 minutes in advance.

Most of the drivers can speak English. Drivers dress White shirt, deep-color Western-style clothes with trousers and neckties (optional) and black shoes (keep lucent for any time).

Requirement of auto: No decoration exists inside and outside vehicles. The cars must be equipped with magazine, newspaper, small towel and spring water.

Communication: Both the drivers' cell phones and the company's service monitoring phones all guarantee the all-weather smoothness.
